With regret, Argo Life and Legacy has ceased trading as of 5:00pm on Friday, 6th February 2026.

We understand this news may cause concern, and we remain committed to supporting our clients and partners throughout this transition. We are working closely with the appointed administrators and the CILEx Regulators to ensure that the process is handled smoothly, transparently, and in accordance with all regulatory requirements.

We want to reassure all clients that their documents and records remain completely safe and secure. Nothing is at risk, and all materials continue to be protected with the utmost care. In the coming days, clients will receive direct communication introducing the successor law firm, which will take over the ongoing management and protection of their legal arrangements to ensure continuity and peace of mind.
