The government have issued a White Paper with their proposals in relation to changing the health and social care system.
From reading the proposals the government are keen to integrate social and health care more than it is already. They are looking to remove some of the legal things that create bureaucracy, make greater use of technology and make the system more accountable to the government and tax payers. It sounds good doesn't it!
